It is very important that we begin exactly where you are today. If you're overwhelmed, let's understand what that's made of and how we might begin to ease it.  Sad?  How can we bring you some relief?

    

Your thoughts, feelings, and immediate situation are points of entry on the unique path to parts of your psyche that are -- for now -- largely outside your awareness. 

In the course of an initial session, you and I will get to know one another a bit, as we take a look at your situation together.   I will seek to understand your experience as fully as possible, and will be able to offer you initial feedback.

 

Most clients feel a sense of relief  by the end of that first session.

As we continue to pursue understanding and learn about your life — always with compassion and respect — your thoughts and feelings will begin to shift.  As once-suppressed emotions emerge,  we will work together to understand those feelings as important messengers.  They hold clues to pieces of life experience that may have been hidden from awareness and continue to cause you pain.  Although the pathway has twists and turns, as our work continues, you will likely experience an increasing sense of wholeness and empowerment.
